WHAT TO EAT

ü  Whole rice,Barley and Oatmeal.

ü  Grains free of gluten include rice, corn.

ü  Organic Navy Beans, Green Beans.

ü  Tomatoes, Bananas, strawberries, Cranberries, pineapple, Dried Prunes.

ü  Amaranth.

ü  Limited intake of Asparagus, cabbage, Potato, parsley, radish.

ü  Yoghurt.

ü  Fish, skinned out chicken, eggs, seafood.

ü  Himalayan Crystal Salt.

ü  Lotus stem 

ü  Black Walnut, Flax Seed

ü  Ginger, garlic, onion

ü  Coconut Oil

 

ü  It is important to expose your body for 15 to 20 minutes daily to early morning sunrays.

ü  Drink a glass of water before every meal.

 

WHAT TO AVOID

  White rice, white bread.

  Soya, soya milk, tofu.

  Ripe bananas, dried fruits.

  Cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, asparagus, kale, spinach, mustard greens.

  Turnips, radish, horse radish, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tapioca.

  Lin seeds, pine nuts, peanuts.

  Canola oil.

  Tea, coffee, chocolate, soft drinks, caffeinated energy drinks and alcohol.

  White sugar, honey, maple syrup.

Fried or greasy foods, preserves, condiments.
