FOODS TO BE INCLUDED:

ü  Whole grain cereals (wheat, Ragi, Oats, Corn, etc.,)

ü  Pulses like soya beans, rajmah.

ü  All Green leafy vegetables except amaranthus varieties.

ü  All vegetables except tubers.

ü  Fruits such as lemon, grape fruit, papaya, banana, kiwi, water melon, raisins.

ü  Diet soda and Unsweetened lime juice.

ü  Clear soups and Pepper water.

ü  Tender coconut water.

ü  Low fat dairy like skim milk, butter milk, low fat paneer, non-fat yogurt, fat-free ice creams and puddings and low fat or non-fat cheese
